Patrick M. Foley, First Vice President, Robert W. Baird & Co. Inc

Prior to joining Baird, Pat Foley spent eight years with Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, following eight years with First Union Securities. He is a Registered Representative and holds State securities and insurance licenses. Mr. Foley is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant, earned through several years of study and rigorous testing in the fields of insurance, tax, investment, retirement, and estate planning. Mr. Foley’s work toward the CFP® certification is indicative of his commitment to ongoing education in the field of investment planning, as well as his dedication to maintaining the highest standard of service to his clients.

Patrick also holds the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). QPFC is the professional credential for experienced financial professionals who sell, advise, market or support qualified retirement plans. The QPFC program provides an understanding of general retirement planning concepts, terminology, distinctive features of qualified plans and the role of retirement plan professionals. Mr. Foley graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Patrick is very active in his community. He is a former President of the Whitpain Recreation Association, and currently serves the organization as a Board Member and coordinator of capital projects. He is also a member of the Board of the Philadelphia-Israel Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Whitpain Township Parks & Open Space Committee.  Pat conceived of the music festival and bone marrow drive aspects of the annual Whitpain Community Festival, and serves on the organizing committee for the event.
