Philadelphia, PA (December 15, 2016) – The Philadelphia-Israel Chamber of Commerce (PICC) has announced the addition of seven members to its Board of Directors in a move to reinforce its position as the go-to organization when it comes to developing business, investment, academic and commercial ties with Israel, a science and technology powerhouse.
